Depends: Depends on the severity of the skeletal malrelationship. Some underbites can be treated with tooth movement alone. Others require reorienting the jaw relationship. Please go see a fully qualified Orthodontic Specialist for an Initial Examination (usually free) and a discussion of the severity of your malocclusion and your treatment options.
