Who has the ovarian: cyst? It is unclear if it is your wife that has the cyst or if this is a prenatal diagnosis in your daughter. Typically if baby is in any distress to include painful distress, there will measurable evidence from the biophysical profile documented during OBGYN's fetal monitoring. It is very unlikely that your baby is in pain. You might want to discuss further with your OBGYN. Take care!
