I had an ultrasound about two weeks ago that showed my complex right ovarian cyst was resolved. i am still having rlq pain, is that normal? how long?

Depends: If your pain was due to the cyst then pain should be gone. If it was she to adhesions , appendicitis etc then pain would still be there.

Pain: That means your pain is not from the cyst and another cause has yet to be found.
