Yes: There is a chance you could have a fracture in one or more bones in your foot. There is also a chance with any crush injury of compartment syndrome. You would have severe pain and swelling directly over the area and be unable to bend your toes without tenderness. I recommend getting it looked at and imaged if you are concerned! Get better soon!

RICE treatment.: If you haven't already, it would be helpful to Rest you foot. Use an Ice application. Mild compression splinting and elevation are the initial treatment instructions. There is no way of telling if there is a fracture or just soft tissue damage. to remove all doubt you will need to visit a clinic for an X-ray.

Yes: It sounds like you had a sufficient mechanism of injury to have potentially sustained a fracture. You should be seen, examined, and get an xray to fully evaluate the extent of your injury.
