Go to ER: Bradycardia (pulse under 60) with elevated blood pressure and symptomatic palpitations = cardiovascular event. Hospital can monitor if you are hemodynamically stable and find out why you are experiencing these symptoms. Sounds like an Arrhythmia. We need an Ekg and labs stat!
