Ask your DR if he'd: Consider stopping the Inderal (propranolol) or just taking it as needed for palpitation. Were u tested for thyroid condition? Have u had an echo and holter monitoring done? Ideal heart rate at rest is 60-90 beats/ minute. How's your blood pressure? Ask your dr for explanation of your symptom. Take care!
