Atrial fibrillation : Atrial fibrillation is an "irregularly irregular" rhythm. The timing between every beat varies from the beat before and after it. If your pulse is normal, you do not have atrial fibrillation. A 24 hour holter exam or 30 day event monitoring exam (depending on how often your get symptoms) would allow for an accurate diagnosis of your rhythm disturbance.
