Naproxen: The chemical has an effetive life of 12 hours. 24 hour coverage is a full dose in the morning an another full dose at night. I cannot see the use of a delayed release unless you want to effect 24 hour hour coverage using a delayed form and immediate acting in a once a day dosage. And why pay extra for the ER form unless you want to pay for the privilege of once a day dosage instead od twice?
