What can i take over the counter that will help me sleep deeper that will mix good with benadryl (diphenhydramine)? im being constantly woken up by trains, snow plows,

No good OTCs: 55 yo female with difficulty sleeping due to loud noise and wants to know what to mix with benadryl (diphenhydramine). First of all, benadryl (diphenhydramine) is not a good medicine to rely on for sleep. The effects only last a few hours, might help you fall asleep but won't keep you asleep. There are no OTC meds I would recommend for sleep. You should try ear plugs for noise. Please see your primary care physician for further recs
