I'm 16 & took 4 tablets of benadryl (diphenhydramine) i usually take 3 a night to help me sleep but i took 4 & now i got a headache can i take something for that?

Overdose/overuse: If you are taking Benadryl 25mg tabs or stronger, you are taking too much medication. Stop the Benadryl for a few days and take Tylenol (acetaminophen) (two 325mg tabs) every 6 hours as needed for headache. If you are having problems getting to sleep, decrease your caffeine intake, try to get plenty of rest, and follow up with your PCM if you are not improving.

Yes: Tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen will be fine to take with the benedryl. That's a hefty dose of benedryl though. Have you seen your doctor about the insomnia problem?
