Do you prefer naprelan (naproxen er) or ec naprosyn (naproxen dr) for post op orthopedic surgery after opioids have been stopped? what is diff.?

Distinction without: a difference. They are different brands but their biology is essentially the same. Some people do better with brand name drug like Naprosyn (naproxen) (the original formulation) than other brand names or generics, but there is supposed to be rigorous testing for uniformity with these drugs for their bioavailability, blood levels and effectiveness, and mostly there is. Some reactions are to dyes/additives.

As far as I kno =: -same. I never use them, more expensive and taking regular nap is 2X every 12 hrs, how simple is that. If U have tabs of 500mg U can adjust the dose according 2 Ur needs. Max dose 750mg every 12 hrs. By breaking them in half U can dose anywhere from 250mg -to 750 as need B. It is not 2 B usd aft any surgery that requires bone healing as all NSAIDS inhibit bone growth.
