Get ear checked: Hard to know if it's all related, but to get a diagnosis, someone needs to look into your ear canal and evaluate the canal and the ear drum. "Sailor's legs" (vertigo or motion sickness) is more of an inner ear problem, but that could be related to the static noise you're hearing. Have someone check it out. You may need to have a hearing test by an audiologist, or see ENT if symptoms persist.
