Dental Implants: Do you want a successful long term solution to replacing teeth with dental implants? Find a surgeon who places dental implants and a restorative dentist, both of whom you trust. Together as a team, they can discuss all your treatment options and why they recommend certain procedures over others.

Yes: With the use of CBTs, soft tissue lasers and surgical stents the need for full flaps is certain cases is not needed and Nobel BioCare has created a system to help with that. Now you can do this with other systems as well so Nobel BioCare is not the end-all by any means and a skilled dentist/clinician can certainly help you with your questions and concerns

A few options..: 3D imaging, surgical stents, and the right case may eliminate the need for an incision. Ultimately, visualization of the bone may be necessary. The incision is small and heals painlessly. Do not forget the additional costs involved.

No: All implants regardless of the brand require basically the same technique.
