Check it out: Nothing comes to mind with this history, particularly at your age, but there are unusual things like temporal arteritis etc..and the positional issues are not typical of migraines. My conclusion, see your doctor and let them do a brief exam/history..current meds etc. and perhaps even draw some blood and f/u as needed.
