Not uncommon: Breast size may vary and maybe normal. If you have a good letdown of milk from both breasts and things are working out well. Babies get most of the breast milk in the first 10 to 15 minutes. If there are no signs of infection redness pain or discharge probably things are normal. If redness swelling and pain develop or discharge from the nipple occurs you should see your obstetrician.
