No need to worry: At this time (>48 hrs) the piece of plastic you accidentally swallowed has most likely passed out of your body in the stool without causing any harm. As long as you don't have pain when you swallow, these small objects don't cause any problems. I once had a patient that swallowed a razor blade and it passed without causing any severe bleeding or infection! (But don't try that!)
