May be: It does not necessarily mean that you have chlamydia or gonorrhea, you could have had cystitis ( infection of the bladder), urinary tract infection, but chlamydia is still a possibity, specially if you are sexually active and have not used barrier protection( condom) during intercourse.

No: Bladder infection, or cystitis, may be related to sexual activity, especially in women, but this is not chlamydia or gonorrhea. Both would require different antibiotics to treat, do if you were given Cipro (ciprofloxacin) that would be unlikely.
