More water, no soda!: First of all, if you drink soda, stop! drink plenty of water- a clear urine will indicate you are indeed drinking enough. Pure cranberry juice helps by making the urine acidic. Eat lots of water melon-by itself. Avoid the following:meat, refined carbs especially sugar; caffeine; oxalate containing foods like rhubarb, spinach, or chard. Reduce salt in your diet. Parsley tea helps as well.
