Find cause: The mainstay of stone prevention is drinking plenty of water. Next most important is finding whether you have some health issue, notably hyperparathyroidism or a kink in your calcium absorption or cystine excretion that might make you more vulnerable. Diet restrictions are much less likely to make a difference and "you must weigh benefits & risks accordingly." enjoy your favorite food.
