A member asked:

Very light nosebleeding in which it directly stop(least for a minute or less) but it happen sometimes weekly . is it dangerous ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably: not, because small amount of bleeding can result from local irritation and dryness, usually from cold or dry heated air, both common in wintertime. Try humidifier, avoid blowing your nose, and local application of emollient. If it persists or recurs, have your doctor check it out.
