Maybe: what were the instructions from the provider? When removed, may bleed again. So suggest you see the provider for re,oval.

Not yet: We recommend that a nasal packing remain in place for at least 4-5 days if is successful in stopping the bleeding. There is a higher chance of immediate rebleed if taken out earlier. Plus it is important to be on a prophylactic course of antibiotics while the packing is in place to prevent sinusitis caused by the packing. Sorry.
