Complex: Somatization d/o -- many physical complaints beginning before age 30, and occurring over several years, resulting in treatment being sought or significant impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning. 4 pain symptoms; 2 gi; 1 sexual; 1 neurological. Hypochondriasis -- fear of, or preoccupation with, having serious medical condition despite negative medical tests.
