Sorry to hear about: what you are dealing with. the best way to help the situation is to see a mental health professional. You may have a form of OCD or phobia. Meication MAY have a place here but please don't neglect therapy from a seasoned professional such as a clinical psychologist. Peace and good health. Much of this is about trying to control the un-controllable. Some Eastern philosophies such as zen help.
