Chicken & Egg: Yes, PTSD can aggravate the apena and vice versa. Please stay close to your doc for the apnea and consider seeing a clinical psychologist who specializes in PTSD. Clinical hypnosis can be very helpful. The American Society of Clinical Hypnosis has a referral service on their website. Peace and good health.
