My son fell off 5 days ago, and today he was having pain in his arm. i took him to the dr. and ex rays show a fracture in the upper arm. could be caus?

Yes: Why waited 5 days to seek medical help ?. Other possibility is child abuse . If any child who has any injuries medical staff are trained to detect the cause , has to make sure is not a child abuse .
