A member asked:

My 10 yr old fell, x-ray shows no fractures, unable to straighten arm. what is wrong?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Read below: Following injury to the elbow in children it is common to have the elbow not fully extend. This can occur from sprains, bone bruises, or small fractures that aren't always easy to see initially on an x-ray. If they are not better in one week should be taken back for an evaluation and new x-rays.
