Water- 8-10 glasses: High protein,low carbohydrate diet- portion control.Can count calories. Stop concentrated sweets,baked goods etc Quality multivitamin with minerals daily Plenty of vegetables & fruits,yogurt daily. Exercise- brisk walking,yoga,relaxation,zumba- atleast 30 minutes daily.
