Growing: Formula fed babies have firmer stools, but every baby is different. Your baby should be gaining weight. Stools can vary from day to day.

All sound normal: As long as he is acting fine and stooling regularly, he is ok. The only time you need to worry is if the stool is black and tarry, or if it is white like ash/clay, or if it is really runny indicating diarrhea
