Basal temp: You can learn to track your basal body temperature. Your morning temp (before you roll out of bed) increases slightly with ovulation. You might need to plot this to see the rise. You are recommended to have sex every two days in the two weeks surrounding ovulation if trying to get pregnant. You might notice thicker stretchier discharge. Can also use ovulation kit, but more expensive.
