Most likely nothing is wrong. Probably it's actually been only 9 months, January through September (probably it's too soon to count October). The standard is to begin to assess possible infertility after 12 months of unprotected mid-cycle sex without conceiving. Discuss with your doctor if still not successful come next January or February. Good luck!
