How do you track ovulation, i don't understand it lol. first time ttc?

Tracking ovulation: Ovulation occurs around 14 days before the onset of the next period based on your normal period length. This is usually in mid cycle and can be "tracked" with Ovulation Predictor kits/tests or a Basal Body Temperature chart which are available on the internet with instructions.
