All at once: The "probiotic" is of uncertain value. An interesting idea which is still in its crude infancy. It has not been proved to work. We have a long way to go before we really discover how to improve the bacterial populations of our colons. The D3 is double the usual best dose. Get 1000u next time. Do not persist long-term with PPI omeprazole unless there is a clear medical indication.
