Yes: Any abnormal symptoms in an infant need to be addressed immediately...especially fever! I recommend taking the baby in to see their provider.

Yes, you should have: her seen by her doctor. It sounds like she may have an ear infection. At her age, it's important to have her checked so that she can be properly diagnosed and treated if necessary.
