Right away: I dont think you should be rinsing at all after an extraction. You dont want to dislodge the blood clot and rinsing could do that.

About 5-7 days: You shouldn't start until the second day, so the clots have formed. Otherwise you might rinse them out and may get a dry socket. After 24 - 36 hours you can rinse 3 - 5 times a day -gently- for the next 5 - 7 days.
