Depends on how hard-: -& how long you weight trained. You can incorporate both if lifting is not long & intensive. Otherwise hit the weights hard 1 day & cardio on your day of rest. After a heavy lifting day you should always have a day off 2 rest & let the muscles recover. That off day can be your cardio day.
