Mgt: Typically children who toe walk will self resolve and start to bear weight and to walk in a straight line heel to toe. It can take some time, and if she is otherwise healthy this is fine.

Be patient: The range of normal for a term born baby runs from 9-15 months or so. Toe walking can be seen in normal kids until 2 or later.
