Be patient: Babies don't need a walker to learn and it is a bit early. Some can do so this early but only a few, most pull to stand and cruise for a while before the walk. Some normal kids don't walk independently until 15-16m.This kid sounds normal. Enjoy her.

Don't use a walker. : They are not recommended because of safety reasons. They ABduct an infant's hips; therefore, they do not promote walking. 1st she'll creep, or cat-crawl. ~ 9 mos. she'll pull to a stand & cruise, walking holding on. Taking 10 steps independently occurs, on average, at 12 mos. 3 weeks; upper limits of normal is 16 months. See healthychildren.org & first steps.org. Baby proof your house now.
