See allergist: Very high eosinophil count (>1500) when persistent may cause organ damages and even death depending on the cause. If this is a one time finding, get the test repeated in 30 days and see if these abnormalities persist. If yes, then consult an allergist. If you had recently traveled to a developing country , parasite is one thing to rule out.
