Getting pregnant: There are 3 basic factors to get pregnant. 1. Ovulation - Since you are having regular periods you are likely ovulating 2. Sperm - your male partner needs to have normal sperm. This can be tested if concerned 3. Anatomy - there needs to be a functional pathway for the sperm and egg to travel and meet. This can be tested with an HSG
