Nope. : Synthroid (thyroxine) will not harm the baby, but people with uncontrolled hypothyroidism will likely have a hard time getting pregnant anyways, so see your doc about getting your thyroid fixed....

Low synthroid (thyroxine) is bad: Synthroid (thyroxine) is a natural hormone that is replacing what your thyroid gland is not making. Yes you can get pregnant, but not until thyroid is normal. Pregnancy generally requires a boost in your synthroid (thyroxine) levels. Hypothyroidism ( low synthroid (thyroxine) dose) is very bad for the developing fetus. Talk to your doc before conceiving.
