Below: Abd pain can only accurately DXed after a full medical history and medical exam is completed. Usually additional labs and xrays will also be needed to make a DX This is impossible to do in this format. See your DR, please.

See answer: Your iron and ferritin levels are fine. You should talk to your doc about your abdominal pain and they can examine and determine if you need a CT scan.
