Meds, shampoo, graft: At 28 years old, the extent of the hair loss is not complete. Early treatment might be Ketoconazole shampoo. Medications are Minoxidil commonly, or Finasteride, or a combination of Tretinoin and Minoxide. Micrografts of hair follicles can help for the contour of the hairline but not thickness. Do not be harsh on the hair follicles to minimize excessive loss from external trauma, e.g. headlights.
