Men that go bald very young? is it a sign of internal hormonal problems?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Rarely: Young men can develop baldness (alopecia) for many reasons, including breakage, certain skin diseases that cause destruction of the hair follicles, autoimmune disease, iron deficiency, vitamin b deficiency, chemotherapy, shedding after illness, hereditary (genetic) factors, or alopecia areata. If hormonal problems are suspected, other signs might exist including hirsuitism and acne.
