Male Pattern Baldnes: Nope. Your sexual activity had nothing to do with your genes and how they have laid out all of your body's norms. Sex does not change your genes.

Wrong!: Ejaculation doesn't cause baldness, or blindness or callouses or anything of the sort. It's a genetic thing you inherited from your parents -- the baldness, that is -- not the ejaculation -- you "come" by that yourself.

He said what?: If your physician really told you this, get a different physician. All guys lose the hair on their temples around age 20; if you're really having progression this early, you have a choice. You can try various topical and systemic medications to slow down the progression. Or you can embrace your hereditary & masculinity. A man's looking good is about fitness, not hair. It's your choice!
