Roof and side of cheeks are yellow/white with red spider-like veins ( on cheeks only). on 40mg prilosec for acid reflux. the color won't rub off. it's been there for 3-4 weeks. what could it be?

Spider veins: These findings may reflect a form of rosacea and a dermatologist could evaluate and advise you about diagnosis,treatment options and careful skin care as you want to avoid any worsening of skin damage by sunlight, wind, medications or dietary factors although I don't think prilosec plays a role.
