I took my 1st dose of prilosec 3hrs ago, and i feel a burn/itch feeling by my collar bone/around my neck.no swelling/redness/can breath.is this normal?

Not sure: See if it goes away. If it reoccurs next time you take Prilosec again, it will be more reasonable to conclude it is drug related side effect.
