Same as everyone: No matter your weight and height, the body works the same. Your total daily water NEEDS are just about 1500cc of water. With good kidney function, 2-2.5 litres, would be excreted by urination. Beyond that, unless doing strenous work and exercising and sweating a lot, excess water MAY just dilute your blood and cause hyponatremia which is NOT a good thing. Moderation in all things is wise.
