Normal: It means that although there may be some variations in the Xray (it could be, for example, a normal anatomical difference between people or the way the Xray technician took the Xray), it's an X-ray with no obvious abnormalities.

Results seem OK.: To me, this could mean that the Xray was perfectly fine, or it could mean that there were findings that are likely of no clinical significance. But if you're having some symptoms, any finding could potentially be significant, so you may want to clarify the findings in that Xray with the ordering Doctor.
