Wow!: Your age would have helped. This is tertiary care doing front and back in the first place with more complications & sexual dysfunction. Also, since you must have had prior surgery to consider such extensive Rx the site may not be amenable to bone grafting. But since you are doing belt and suspenders Rx, why not throw in some remote bone. Perhaps all the local carving will yield sufficient bone.
