? Hashimotos: B"sd agree with your dr. perhaps radiologist command of english a little weak. Inhomogeneity is typical of thyroid inflammation - most commonly due to Hashimoto's thyroiditis - which would be the diagnosis if your thyroid peroxidase antibody is elevated. Most important is that they found no nodules. Also of course should monitor thyroid function. Glad to discuss.

Inhomogeneity: It means irregular thyroid gland, likely nodules on both sides that might need to be biopsied.
